VincentCare is well equipped to provide a continuum of services that effectively meet the needs of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

About the Role

The Team Leader is a key leadership position within VincentCare’s specialist family violence services. Providing direction and operational oversight for a team of Specialist Family Violence Practitioners across the Goulburn South region (Mitchell, Murrindindi, and Strathbogie Shires).

In this role, you will:

  • Support staff through supervision, case load management, reflective practice, and professional development.

  • Lead the delivery of a wrap-around model of care that addresses the intersectionality of family violence.

  • Proactively participate in the after-hours crisis response on-call roster, ensuring access to support at all times.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service outcomes and maintain strong community partnerships.

This role is central to ensuring that VincentCare continues to deliver accessible, inclusive, and client-focused services that align with the organisation’s purpose, values, and strategic goals.

You have the ability to lead with compassion, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support.

You are committed to social justice, equity, and empowerment, with the skills to adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families. Organised, resilient, and solutions-focused, you inspire others through your leadership and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety, dignity, and positive outcomes for clients.
